The Gamma Sun Method is a deeper kinesthetic cleansing, a high-level activation, and a powerful quantum initiation. Its main focus is learning Philip's advanced still-breath method of regulated, hyper-slow breathing (up to 1 breath a minute or longer). 

It is designed to drop you even further into theta, delta, and ignite peak gamma brainwaves, potentially stimulating neurogenesis (creation of new neurons), neuroregeneration (regeneration of neurons), and cleansing old neural pathways that hold you back from supreme clarity, immersive focus, and magnetic presence. If Somatic Heart allows you to regulate and move forward, Gamma Sun allows you to transcend even the subtlest blockages you encounter along the way.

The advanced Gamma Sun practice requires fearlessly letting go of your body and breath and invites experiences of altered states and pulsing electric flashes in your body (similar to plant medicines). Gamma Sun empowers you to anchor these kinesthetic expansions into your everyday life so that you live and breathe the magnetic power of your Life Force energy, fully untethered from collective conditioning and generational trauma. As such, Gamma Sun is an advanced-level container that requires Philip's oversight, guidance, and accountability. Enrollment is by application only.

While general forms of breathwork and holotropic breathing can be useful, they tend to exacerbate the inner tensions of the body too quickly and often violently. This can cause a sudden and intense release of stored traumas from your cells, leaving you highly activated and dysregulated without the proper tools to regulate your nervous system going forward. As a result, these modalities can leave many people disembodied or ejected and detached from their physical bodies. 

When you don’t have the proper tools and guidance after such an intense release, the essential integration process is often bypassed. Through my kinesthetic Gamma Sun Method you will be guided into deeper theta, delta, and peak gamma brainwaves, stimulating neuroplasticity and neurogenesis, and gaining access to creative, intuitive flow on a quantum level – a level of depth few can enter on their own through passive mindfulness meditation. 

You will learn how to utilize a long still-breath, slowing your respiratory rate down to 1 breath per minute, while fully present in a somatic surrendered state; similar to a distinct style of breath practice Japanese ninjas utilized to enter into flow states before the start of war.

The Gamma Sun practice helps to rapidly alchemize your cellular memory and clear your tissues of old energetic debris, igniting neuronal regeneration and dissolving the brain fog, indecision, and confusion from epigenetic and generational conditioning.

As you integrate this experience over days to weeks, you dissolve your heart's shadows and ignite hyper-present focus and clear sight. An enhanced capacity to see yourself clearly allows you to notice triggered reactions as they occur in real-time and disengage the habitual subconscious patterning from your lineage and the collective.

Many of my clients refer to this method as a kinetic meditation on nitro with electric pulse flashes! Therefore, the structure of the program is intentionally designed to allow for ample time and integration of this hyper-intelligent awareness into your present moment embodiment. Proper integration catalyzes a domino effect of greater alignment, fulfillment, and embodied excellence in every facet of your career, relationships, and family life.

The Gamma Sun Method requires a core fearlessness to surrender your body and breath in order to ignite a deeper connection to your quantum truth. You train yourself to fully let go of your physical self and dissolve into Oneness using only your will to trust and surrender. As such, the Gamma Sun Method requires skillful guidance and firm accountability until you master the practice for yourself.

In the summer of 2015, Philip was deeply plunged into his own kinesthetic surrendered state after a painful and violent divorce following 3 years of marriage, and his mother-in-law passing in 2012. This challenging period led to Philip developing Graves' disease and Graves' ophthalmopathy leaving him chronically cross-eyed with his eyes bulging from his eye sockets.

After many months of desperation and going blind for long intermittent periods due to the Graves, Philip was intuitively activated into a somatic state of full surrender and guided to release the debilitating tension trapped within the cells and tissues of his body.

This deep plunge into full somatic surrender was the starting point of Philip's communion with God/Ra/Hathor/Christ/Yeshua energies in clairaudient/clairsentient experiences (Philip does not distinguish between the differing names of these energies, as they are all expressions of God/One Consciousness). His committed practice of fully surrendered experience with these energies led to healing his own eyes and Graves' disease by 2014. Philip called this initial practice the Heart Breath, which has continued to evolve to this day into the Somatic Heart™ Method.

In time, clairaudient experiences with God/Ra/Sun/Yeshua consciousness ignited Philip’s decision to leave his career in fashion advertising and begin his path as a healer in 2015. From 2015 - 2020 he grew his in-person practice in Brooklyn, NY into his online Somatic Heart™ programs and community, helping hundreds of people overcome their anxieties and trauma conditioning.

From 2021-2022 Philip had his own year of resurfacing trauma amidst caring for his schizophrenic father who had multiple strokes and for his mother who discovered a spine tumor. Along with his own trauma bond relationship ending the same year, Philip dove back into his Somatic Heart™ practice but took the method deeper than he ever experienced it before. 

It was in this depth where he alchemized and integrated his traumas in a remote home in upstate NY that Philip was again initiated by Ra consciousness/Yeshua energies to download a more advanced version of the Somatic Heart™ practice.

Philip was guided to relinquish full control and wholly surrender his body and breath until there was no Philip, no ego, no self, only pure visceral kinetic love that flooded his body with an intense pulse of electric vitality. 

This pure kinesthetic self-induced ecstatic state and quantum cleansing was reached only through infinitely surrendering his body and breath into the intelligence of the One where Life Force took over and breathed for him. In just one month of committed, disciplined practice (4-6+ hours a day) he cleared decades of subtle subconscious programming and transgenerational trauma conditioning, igniting his dedicated path to teach the method to this day.

Philip named the method Gamma Sun: Gamma from his EEG tests showing an increase in GAMMA brainwaves (similar to the Japanese Okinaga breath used by ninjas to stimulate peak flow states), and Sun from his connection to Ra Sun consciousness.

Philip's Somatic Heart™ and Gamma Sun Methods were born to rapidly aid humanity in the collective healing and global shift in consciousness.
